An employee was riding in a truck on icy/snowy roads when the truck and trailer became stuck in a snow drift. The employee then attempted to push the truck out of the snow drift. When the truck became unstuck, it rolled forward, causing the trailer to strike and pin the employee underneath it. The employee suffered a bruised back and bruised legs. |
